I use rectangular 18x10 cast iron griddle from Amazon


Has lip on flat side so not a giant grease fire. Opposite side has raised ridges if you want to put char lines on veggies. Plenty of room for three 1/3 pound burgers. Four quarter pounders can be tight before they cook down
